These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MockXams (mockxams.com), operated by MockXams ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use MockXams.

What MockXams Is

MockXams is an online mock exam platform for aspirants preparing for India's competitive exams. We provide practice mock tests, scoring, and performance review. MockXams is a practice tool — it does not guarantee any exam result, selection, or outcome, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam-conducting body (SBI, IBPS, RBI, UPSC, or any other institution named on this site).

Accounts

You sign in using Google. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. MockXams accounts are for individual use only — each account may be active on one device at a time, and access is not meant to be shared between multiple people. We reserve the right to suspend accounts we reasonably believe are being shared or used to circumvent this.

Purchases and Access

Each Exam Pack includes one free mock and a set of premium mocks unlocked by a one-time payment. The validity period for each Exam Pack is clearly displayed on its respective page before purchase. Depending on the exam, access typically ranges from 1 to 12 months. Once the validity period ends, the Exam Pack expires unless it is renewed. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases at our discretion — a completed purchase is not affected by later price changes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• • Share your account or login access with others
• • Copy, screenshot, redistribute, resell, or publish our questions, explanations, or content
• • Attempt to bypass timers, fullscreen requirements, or other exam-integrity features
• • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform
• • Attempt to access another user's data or account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All questions, explanations, mock papers, and content on MockXams are owned by us and protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use them for your own exam preparation — it doesn't transfer ownership or give you rights to reproduce or redistribute the content.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

MockXams is provided "as is," as a practice and preparation tool. We work to keep our content accurate, but we don't guarantee it's error-free, and we're not liable for exam outcomes, missed exams, technical interruptions during an attempt, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use MockXams after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
