MockXams ("we," "us," "our") operates mockxams.com. This policy explains what information we collect from you, why, and how it's handled. By using MockXams, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google. We use this only to create and identify your account — we do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or any other Google data beyond basic sign-in information.

Usage and performance data. We store the mock tests you attempt, your answers, scores, and time spent per question. This is what powers your results, performance review, and history on the platform — it exists because the product needs it to function, not for any purpose beyond that.

Payment information. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves — Razorpay handles that directly, and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded along with a transaction reference.

Device information. To keep your account secure and limit access to one device at a time, we store a randomly generated device identifier in your browser's local storage. This isn't used for tracking or advertising — only to enforce that policy.

How We Use Your Information

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers below, strictly to operate the platform.

Third-Party Services We Use

• • Google — for sign-in authentication only
• • Supabase — our database and authentication provider, where your account and usage data is stored
• • Razorpay — for processing payments
• • Vercel — our hosting provider

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and usage data for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual mock attempts yourself from the My Results page at any time. If you'd like your entire account and all associated data deleted, contact us at the email below and we'll process the request.

Children's Privacy

MockXams is intended for competitive exam aspirants and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of MockXams after changes means you accept the updated policy.
